Job Responsibilities

• Formulate plans and strategies of online marketing to increase brand value and market depth
• Monitor customers’ order, enquiries and complaints from e-shop daily operation
• Keep track of status of order delivery, product return , and replacement requisition etc in our on-line shop
• Responsible for the results of online marketing projects
• Establish online marketing plans for various product lines including Ebay, Online Store. Complete business targets and tasks
• Manage company’s online media accounts, including Ebay, Online Store, Facebook and etc
• Explore and innovate new approaches and modes of online marketing proactively
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or aboveand 1-2 years of related working experience
• Strong initiative, Very Smart, work independently, take up responsibilities and make decisions
• Ability to work at a demanding fast-paced environment.
• Strong personality with a good sense of responsibility and confidentiality.Fast-learner, interested in online advertising industry;
• Work well with team and stakeholders to achieve targets
• Good PC skills: MS Office, Excel, Chinese word processing
• Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated and pleasant character
• Knowledge in PHOTOSHOP software is an advantage
