Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle clients’ enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service skills
- Assist in client account opening procedures and general administration duties
- Handle enquiries from frontline and internal departments
- Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the superiors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above with experience in account opening, client onboarding & KYC
- 2 years’ customer service experience preferably gained in financial industry
- Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC in relevant regulated activities
- Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills
- Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Immediate available is preferred
