Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and sales administrative support to the retail operations team
• Communicate closely between office and retail shops on daily retail operations issues
• To provide ad-hoc supports which assigned by management level
• Provide administrative supports to front line and office back up
• To develop and execute a systematic filing and recording workflow

  Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1-2 years' administrative experience in retail business is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Detail minded, self-motivated, well-organized
• Strong sense on numbers and excellent data analysis skills
• Self-motivation, and detail-minded, able to work under tight schedule
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
