Job Descriptions

• Develop & implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Coordinate with Technical Services Department for project development
• Establish & develop long term relationship with customers and distribution channels
• To lead a Sales team to maximize business opportunities, manage & expand client bases
• Motivate team members to achieve company's objectives and sales targets
• Perform market research and analysis to identify future business prospects
  
  
  

Key Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Sales & Marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years in management level
• Solid experience in sales and business development, with plastics industry a definite advantages
• Willing to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, negotiation, sense of organizational skills, excellent communication with strong business sense and problem solving abilities
• Result-oriented with positive working attitude, high degree of responsibility and integrity
• Good command of English & Putonghua (both spoken & written)
• Frequent travel or station in PRC is required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager
