Responsibilities:

• Sales order processing: entering/fulfilling/expediting customer order (SAP system);
• Handle/follow-up invoicing and shipping documents in prompt and proper manner;
• Assist in system database maintenance;
• Follow up customer payment, reconciliation and collection;
• Proactive action involving internal departments;
• Timely reporting: accomplish department mission by forwarding sales tracking records and completing related results.
• Ad hoc related tasks as assigned

Experience Required:

Working Experience:  3-4 years in processing customers' sales orders, handling international and regional customers a plus

Educational: Diploma holder or above

Attributes: Good command/fluent in English and Putonghua; Cautious and good numerical sense

PC: Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Familiar with SAP

Working Time: 5.5-days work (alternatives)
