Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects and services delivery

• Work closely with all partners and clarify requirements before proposing appropriate strategies

• Define work plan, project tasks and allocate resources in an efficient and effective manner

• Control and monitor the project deliverables to ensure work progress and results are matched with the scope of work

• Manage risks, resolve issues and conflicts for projects

• Prepare proposals, project pitching, client presentation and maintain good client relationships

• Able to manage and coordinate well within teams, external partners and vendors

• Identify data tracking needs and perform data analysis with insight and learning for continuous improvement and optimization

• Require to travel overseas and Mainland China occasionally

Requirements:

• At least 5-year working experiences with elderly service or project management is preferred

• University graduate in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administrationor related disciplines

• Passion to serve the elder and the needy

• Excellent customer service, problem solving and people management skills

• Work well under pressurewhen handling multiple projects with different stakeholders

• Excellent presentation & communicationskills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, independently and team-player

• Proficiency in MS office applications

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (‘SCHSA’) was founded in 1996 as a non-profit charitable organisation with a self-financing model. Today it is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong. SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance. The Association also provides training and workshops to the elderly and their family and caregivers.
