Job Description
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Manager will carry out a business development mission to grow NATIVE UNION’s presence in France:
Main Responsibilities
o Be the major driving force to spearhead the sales efforts to expand Native Union's business in French market
o Develop strategic and tactical sales plan for the French market, which requires the analysis of sales trends and market dynamics
o Execute the strategic tactical sales plan to achieve the sales objectives of the company in the following aspects:
- Sustain and grow sales revenue from the business accounts in France
- Penetrate untapped market area and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Enhance Native Union's brand awareness by supporting the marketing efforts of the company
o Participate to tradeshows planning and organization
o Ensure proper POS management in existing customers
o Handle Products training
o Create propose marketing activities
Requirements – Skills and abilities
o A minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in consumers goods
o Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related background
o Fluent in French, with good command of English (Cantonese is a plus)
o Organized and attention to details
o Self-motivated and able to work with low supervision
o Flexible and multi-tasking
Personal Qualities
o Willing to learn and take over new responsibilities in the Company
o Trustworthy, fair, with high integrity and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
o Energetic and hard-working, willing to take a hands-on role
o Being a good listener, observant
