The Job – Customer Service Executive

l Support, train and manage 3rd parties’ Sales Consultants and/or Agent Representatives in Cryolife’s Service Offerings

l Follow up with 3^rd parties’ customers for Cryolife service registration to ensure overall contract protocols are followed   

l Support in-house Sales Team’s new business through handling inbound enquiry calls

l Support marketing program and making outbound calls for those customers who attend the marketing events/seminars

l Log details for each customer call for business evaluation and follow up

l Provide administration support to log customer case and support CSM to prepare accurate report to track sales performance

l Provide quality and efficient after sales service to customers

l Client contract handling and data input

l Cooperate with Laboratory for daily volume reporting, test & storage report and administration work for exceptional case

l Manage existing client enquiry and non-office hour hotline

l Follow quality control of Sales and Marketing team to ensure fulfilling of AABB standard or required quality standard

Requirements

l Bachelor Degree holder, preferably with Science background

l With a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

l Self-starter, customer-focused and business-oriented

l Able to conduct trainings and seminars independently

l Outgoing, excellent communications and interpersonal skill

l Possess good PC skills including Chinese word processing

l Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
