Responsibilities:

•          Oversee and develop the Atelier business in Asia
•          Maintain excellent relationship with VIP Customers
•          Proactively recruit new customers and develop relationships through effective communication and care
•          Provide excellent customer service
•          Train store sales staff on Atelier products
•          Work with tailors to accommodate Customer requests on the fitting and touchups

 Requirement: 

•          Excellent communication and customer service skills
•          Strong business awareness
•          Strong product knowledge
•          Good command of Italian is an advantage
•          Willing to be stationed in Italy – headquarter - for a minimum of 3 months training
•          This position will then be based in HK and Macau stores
