Roles & Responsibilities:

-Establish and operate our e-shop to drive business growth and achieve business objectives

-Cooperate with various departments to ensure smooth operation of the e-shop

-Manage e-shop’s flow and merchandise arrangement

-Plan and implement on-line sales promotion and marketing programs

-Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rate etc and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning

-Identify and set up alliance with search engines and portals

-Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

-Frequent travel to PRC is required

Requirements:

-Associate degree/degree holder in Business, Business Information System, Marketing, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred but not a must

-Minimum 5 years solid e-commerce operation experience

-Experience in rolling out new e-commerce platform

-Possess entrepreneurial spirit and be able to own the entire operation of our e-commerce business from strategy to execution

-Dynamic in coordinating with internal and external parties

-Familiar with electronic components industry

-Familiar with the operation of Magento platform or electronic component industry would be an advantage

-Innovative, independent and a good team player

-Proactive and with strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
