Job Description:

• Deliver professional member service by answering incoming phone calls and providing necessary assistance to members

• Maintain good and long-term relationships with existing members, identify their needs to drive sales

• Help build new business, following up on sales leads and face to face meetings with walk-in customers

• Introduce company’s background, products and business opportunities to new members

• Handle sales and marketing activities such as workshops, seminars and trainings

• Process local and overseas orders

• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder

• Sales / member services  experience is preferred but not a must

• Excellent problem solving, communications and presentation skills

• Good phone manners

• Proficiency in MS office application

• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Mandarin is must.

• Cheerful, pleasant and customer-oriented with good manner
