Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the sales support team within the assigned sales territory
• Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
• Assign sales support-force to Sales (Hunters / Route Development Managers, etc)
• Jointly develop business with sales on their assigned target/ existing clients
• Assure successful account integration to Operations, Customer Service
• Optimize cost of sales support
• Assure compliance with the sales process
• Ensure sales support to keep track and follow up on business opportunities until they are materialized
• Assist sales to maintain customer relationship through regular interaction
• Conduct sales campaign and enhance business penetration
• Perform Sales departmental administration work
• Close monitoring Sales performance in order to meet District/Country/Area/Corporate Key Performance Indicator and prepare weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicator report for corrective action.
• Follow up and process analysis and/or sales materials in order to assist improve sales performance/yield management

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above with a minimum of 4 years relevant in air, ocean and customs brokerage working experience with sales knowledge
• Minimum 2 years in sales and minimum 3 years in relative industry
• People Management & Leadership Skills
• Able to manage cross-functional interfaces
• Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Negotiation & Persuasion Skill
• Have hands-on experience of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
