Job Description
Regional Distribution Sales Manager – IT – North Asia
A global IT Company is looking for a NEW Regional Distribution Sales Manager to build distribution landscape, develop and manage distributors in North Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build regional distributor landscape, develop and manage channel sales in the North Asia region with main focus on Korea, Taiwan HK and Macau
- Formulate business plan with channel partners to achieve partners’ sales target
- Develop and recruit channel partners in the region
- Implement and enhance the local sales processes, tools and policies with Regional team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 8 years sales/account management experience IT vendors / System integrators. Working experience with major IT Solution distributors is a plus.
- Solid regional (North Asia) channel development/sales experience
- Good network knowledge
- Engineer /IT/Computer Science degree holder preferable
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua with good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm about network technology
- Efficient in multi-task management and problem solving
- Client management, including developing effective client relationships
