Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to B2B customers for event invitation, profiling and introduction of products
• Update customer database 
• Follow up with event registrants 
• Answer customer inquiries 

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years telemarketing & call center experience
• Fluent in Cantonese & good in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills & professional telephone manner
• Knowledge of MS Office & Internet
• Pro-active, positive & enthusiastic
• Able to start immediately
