Our client is a world-leading materials manufacturer with business across the globe. They are now inviting an energetic talent to join its regional team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will manage order processing, customer services and order fulfillment activities across Asia region. You will collect purchase orders and process with SAP system. You will closely monitor order status to fulfill on-time delivery and at the right quantity. You will act as a focal point of contact between customers and internal logistics team to resolve issues in related to shipment status/ delay, merchandise damage and volume discrepancy etc.. In addition, you will prepare monthly sales and L/C status report, analyze order forecast and handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Successful candidate should possess the following competencies and attributes:

• University degree in Business Administration or any other related disciplines
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in sales coordination/ order processing, preferably from Chemicals or other Industrial sectors
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge in L/C and SAP system will be a definite advantage
• Numeric-sensitive, highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive, flexible and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
