Responsibilities

• To achieve the seasonal sales and profit targets based on the seasonal business/ connected commerce business plan for assigned brands
• To monitor and identify ways to maximize sales & inventory efficiency based on the analysis of KPI’s performance
• To work on marketing plans to maximize sales potential and profit within the store
• To determine pricing strategies for products/vendors based on market reviews, competitor positions, supplier financials, etc.
• To analyze and evaluate the results for all marketing activities, prepare reports as required on time including proposals, post mortems, CRM analyzing and various other requests appropriate for each program
• To work closely and develop strong relationships with vendors, business partners and landlords to identify new business opportunities to promote the BU & brands
• To personally demonstrate the LC Leadership Competency behaviours and use these competencies as a tool to coach and develop team members

Requirements

• Degree holder with a minimum 4-6 years of buying experience in retail industry, preferably with luxury cosmetics experience
• Able to deal with principals and vendors effectively
• Strong analytical ability with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and/Mandarin
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
