Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales
• Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Providing feedback and follow-up to the customers inquires
• Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Inventory team and Customer Support and across the company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales team support
• Good communication, writing and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Advanced Excel is MUST
• Fluent communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Responsible, detail-minded and good team player & communications skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Location: Central, Hong Kong
