Responsibilities:

• Assist COO to oversight the retail operations across Asia Pacific
• Define strategies for operations develop plans, programs and goals along with supporting budget requests and financial estimates
• Ensure region supervisors are executing business plans and managing stores to meet company standards
• Partner with different business units to maintain good customer relationship and  brand image within the region
• Managing revenue, expenses and net income performance to ensure achievement of sales, productivity and profitability goals

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or related field
• At least 10 years of progressive retail store management or fashion management experience
• Knowledgeable of consumer habits, retail market trends and new developments made by our competitors.   
• Direct P&L and Multi-store management experience
• Experience managing direct reports in remote locations
• Good leadership, strategic thinking, problem resolution and staff management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin)
• Ability to motivate and inspire
• Willing to travel usually (MUST)
