Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1-2 years working experience will be an advantage
• Providing full administrative support to sales team and project team
• Proficient in PC applications (example: Word, Excel etc.)
• Good command of English & Cantonese
• Well-organized, hardworking, high sense of responsibility, willing to learn and able to work independent, under pressure and being able to adapt to irregular working hours;
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Scope:

• Provide clerical support to the department
• Perform daily administrative work including data entry and filing
• Handle clippings report and execute media loan, etc.
• Provide support and coordinate with internal project team
• Provide ad hoc operations support as necessary
