Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Six Sigma Black Belt certified Business Process & Improvement Director, ideally having initiated and implemented a business change programme from initiation stage, to produce, lead and deliver against a business process reengineering roadmap on behalf of a market leading global mobile telecommunications provider.
The ideal candidate will be a business change leader, with a background in business architecture or process re-engineering. The successful candidate will be able to work with autonomy, be articulate and able to liaise across senior members of the business (up to C-Level and Board). Candidates with a background in contracting are welcome where they are experienced in initiating similar change and business improvement programmes from initiation.
Responsibilities

Provide the design authority, leadership, strategy to develop a business architecture capability as well as align the business strategy with the target operating model

Resourcing approach to develop a business architecture capability within the organisation and develop and maintain a process framework, provide an end -to-end definition of the business.

In partnership with the enterprise architect team you will align the business architecture with the IT architecture

Lead and/or engage in major change programmes to implement the "to be" business architecture and drive the organisation into becoming a process-led and customer centric environment

Create a continuous improvement model enabling business teams to deliver a performance improved structure

Provide thought leadership to executive management and other applicable stakeholders in regards to the process management strategy and create and rollout a measurable process training toolkit

An excellent track record in defining the business processes, constructing roadmaps, implementing enterprise business improvement / operational excellence in telecoms, manufacturing, call centre, field engineering or account / service management or another related discipline

Certified Six Sigma / Lean - Master Black Belt is essential

Certification and hands on experience in the recognised methodologies eg: ITIL, PRINCE2 or MSP and an MBA would be advantageous

Excellent leadership qualities influential in respects to winning the support / backing of key senior stakeholders

Proven management capabilities in managing teams directly / indirectly within a matrix /project environment
