Sales Advisor

Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Shenzhen 

 

The Role
The
Sales Advisor position requires someone that is personable, energetic, highly organized and hard working. Individuals should have a passion for electric vehicles and should enjoy working with a team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving sales, mentoring Product Specialists, and promoting excellence in customer service. The goal of this individual is to take responsibility for all aspects of the store's operations while playing an active role on the sales floor. In the Store Manager's absence, the Sales Advisor takes on the responsibilities of the Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, product presentation and promotion
  • Implement all operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of the customer while helping Tesla achieve its goals
  • Develop amazing customer relationships on the sales floor and during test-drive experiences to ultimately create a brand experience customers will recommend to their friends
  • Follow up through phone and email to introduce and promote relevant features, articles and news with customers to aid in influencing their decision to go electric
  • Leverage customer relationships to set up new events and partnerships to increase Tesla’s exposure to future owners and Tesla fans
  • Display creativity / ingenuity in presenting possible solutions (financial, technical, lifestyle, practical) to customers who are considering but are also uncertain about going electric
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and follow up of store operational tasks and projects
  • Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company
  • Your performance will be measured by your ability to manage a robust pipeline of potential customer opportunities, follow up with that pipeline through phone and e-mail, execute test drives, maintain excellent customer satisfaction ratings and ultimately create new Tesla owners
  • Employee must seriously learn about the company and products related knowledge, and pass internal testing including but not limited to Jump Start, Driving skill test, in store test, role play and related test, otherwise he/she will not be able to meet the full time employee’s requirement
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

 

Key competencies

  • 2 - 4 years work experience in retail, industry and key account sales with proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals

  • 在公司內外部溝通中代表特斯拉並保持專業和負責的態度

Tesla vehicles are produced at its factory in Fremont, California, and Gigafactory Shanghai. To achieve our goal of having the safest factories in the world, Tesla is taking a proactive approach to safety, requiring production employees to participate in a multi-day training program before ever setting foot on the factory floor. From there, Tesla continues to provide on-the-job training and track performance daily so that improvements can be made quickly. The result is that Tesla’s safety rate continues to improve while production ramps.

To create an entire sustainable energy ecosystem, Tesla also manufactures a unique set of energy solutions, PowerwallPowerpack and Solar Roof, enabling homeowners, businesses, and utilities to manage renewable energy generation, storage, and consumption. Supporting Tesla’s automotive and energy products is Gigafactory 1 – a facility designed to significantly reduce battery cell costs.
