Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer’s enquiries and incoming orders
• Perform data entry and follow up sales order
• Coordinate with customers and arrange delivery schedule
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year customer services experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Immediately available is preferred
