Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional sales activities
• Increase the market share for security product, drive for revenue growth in the region
• Effectively develop/manage channel partners
• Enhance customer focus, drive for revenue growth
• Pre sales support, project spec-in
• Marketing promotion to increase market awareness of our products/solution
• Develop new channel partners, maintain strong relationship with internal/external customers 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in security industry, building automation, account management or channel management
• A Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Networking or IT discipline
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and convincing skills
• Experienced in sales in B2B market and processes for providing sales advisory service to clients
• Quick-learner, self-motivated and flexibility in travelling
• Proficient English skills
