Responsibilities: - 

- Rate negotiation with ocean carriers

- Regular rate sheet update and distribution to relevant stake holders

- Space / allocation coordination / arrangement with local offices and carriers

- Statistics and reports, market information update (e.g. FAK/NAC/Spot Rate Update, Utilization Levels, Blank Sailings etc)

- Coordination between carriers, sales & operation team

- Invoice / billing management

Job Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above , major in business / logistics related is preferred.

- Minimum 5 years ocean pricing / product experience in Logistics Service Providers / Carriers

- Excellent negotiation skill

- Good network and relationship with ocean carriers

- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

- Strong sense of responsibility and team player

- Familiar with MS office, especially Excel

- Less experienced candidate will be considered the assistant manager level, but for assistant manager level TRANSPACIFIC Trade Lane ocean procurement experience is a must
