Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in production documents and reports
- Provide administrative support to the team in daily Production Operations lines
- Assist in vendor invoices through system
- Data input to SAP system
- Prepare documentations, such as photo uploading, production materials replenishment & stock transfer
- Assist in ad hoc assignment if assigned
Job Requirements
- Secondary Education Completion
- 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
- Responsible, attentive to details and willing to learn
- Well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Familiar with MS applications such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of SAP operation is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- Working location: Terminal 4, Kwai Chung
