Duties:

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Teams to ensure product availability and inventory turn efficiency
• Lead the team to handle orders inquire, orders processing, invoicing & logistic arrangement to fulfill customer orders
• Manage warehouse operations & logistics Issues to ensure timely and adequate product supply
• Conduct and accomplishing various reports to monitor sales progress
• Monitor stock inventories and maintain up-to-date delivery schedule
• Perform regular KPI performance measurement & stock flow report to management team
• Constantly review logistics operating flow, procedures and recommend effective improvement initiatives for performance enhancement
• Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in supervisor level
• Experience in distributions, order management, supply chain management in Retail / FMCG industry is an advantage
• Proactive, independent, with strong problem solving skills and result-orientation
• Good PC skills with Chinese Typing, knowledge of SAP system is a plus
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as  Manager, Logistics Operations
