Job Description:

• Co-ordinate with warehouse / delivery agents and track through its distribution status (occasional Saturday/Sunday & public holiday enquries support)
• Provide excellent customer services to both internal & external customers
• Assist distribution orders planning and contact customer for schedule changes
• Handle inventory report and monthly billing
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• DSE/Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ relevant working experiences in Logistics / Warehouse management;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table)
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Responsible, self-motivated, patient, independent and able to work under pressure
• Shift duty is required
• Experiences in local distribution is advantageous
• fresh graduate will also be considered
