Job Description
- Provide general administrative such as prepare quotation, invoice and routine logistics support to the project team
- ERP data entry
- Place PO to suppliers
- Coordinate activities with various parties including factories, project managers and forwarders for delivery/shipment arrangement
- Tracking & reporting overall progress
- Perform ad-hoc duties
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, logistics, business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 or more years of shipping experience in trading company.
- Well organized, careful and attention to details are must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in quotation/invoice, scheduling, handling I/E and hands on shipping documents are at an advantage
- Immediate Available is preferred
