Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring shipment schedule
• Communicate closely with freight forwarder and local delivery agents regarding shipping activities
• Handle I/E document and full set L/C document independently
• Experience on using 3^rd party logistic system for vessel booking
• Handle other ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in related disciplines
• 5 years working experience in Shipping, Supply Chain or Logistic
• Good knowledge in I/E procedure and regulation and L/C document handling
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and systematic.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately availability is an advantage
