Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and monitoring the overall warehouse operation to include process, receiving and packaging goods and inventory control in Hong Kong and Shenzhen warehouse.
• Plan the departmental goals and formulate strategies, continuously suggest new ways to improve and prepare reports for management to review the performance of warehouse operations.
• Maintain and control the safety and security standards of the warehouse.
• Plan and manage the resources includes manpower and floor space to optimize the utilization.
• Co-ordinate with Customer Services colleague to meet the delivery requirement.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics or related discipline.
• Min. 6 years of relevant solid experience in managing mid scale warehouse in garment accessories or merchandizing industry, with at least 2 years in managerial level.
• Strong communications skills to both internal and external parties.
• Frequency travel to China (Shenzhen) warehouse.
• Good leadership skill, result-oriented, independent and teamwork.
• Good in English is must.
• Proactive approach and strong command in discipline.
