Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures and internal guidelines.
- Prepare stock/order planning, order forecast, and purchase orders.
- Handle Shipping documents.
- Keep contact with vendors and suppliers for quotation and follow up orders / shipments progress.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationship to ensure availability and sustainability of supply in the most cost-effective manner.
- Update and maintain records in SAP.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Logistic, Procurement, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Customer and detail oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
