General Purpose

Provide support in corporate accounting and administration, and fund accounting and related operational and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Corporate accounting, reporting and administration for the company and its affiliates

• Responsible for full set of accounts and preparation of monthly/interim/annual financial statements and relevant schedules, eg detailed breakdown, bank reconciliation etc.
• Prepare routine payment
• Assist in annual audit
• Assist in other clerical works and ad-hoc duties as required

2. Fund accounting, reporting and administration for the funds which are under management

• Assist in reviewing the monthly valuation reports and annual financial statements of the funds
• Assist in other clerical works and ad-hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 2+ years working experience gained in financial industry (fund related work experience is preferable);
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-initiative, responsible, independent, organized and detail-minded
