Job duties & requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience (2016 fresh graduates will also be considered.)
• Assist in handling full sets of books for Hong Kong operation
• Assist in month-end closing, preparing monthly management reports and ad hoc tasks
• Perform daily general accounting and administration work, data entry and filing duties
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and has good working attitude
• Knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage
• Experience in financial sector / IFA is preferable
• Attention to details, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is preferable
