(Working location: Airport)

Duties

l   Handle full set of air documents (Mawb, Hawb, Cargo Manifest, input ISAC & pre-alert)

l   Handle simple plan-loading per consol shipment

l   Booking via web site & phone with carriers & Master co-loaders

l   Deliver the completed air documents for carriers

l   Sorting / filing air documents

l   Require to handle warehouse job occasionally

Requirements

l   Form 5 or above with DGA holder

l   Possess 1 year or above working experience in air freight industry

l   Computer literacy

l   Self-motivated, aggressive and willing to work overtime / Public Holiday / Sunday

l   Excellent interpersonal, good communication and analytical skills

l   Holder of Forklift license is preferred

l   Immediate available is preferred

l   Shift duties is required

l   Candidate with more experience will be considered as Air Export Assistant Supervisor
