Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all-rounded office administration functions, including office administration procurement, courier service, equipment and machine maintenance
  • Assisting in recruitment functions including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, staff record, staff activities etc.
  • To perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, greeting visitors in professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to other business units
  • To assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years working experience in Administration field
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Be pleasant, self-motivated, responsible, reliable and systematic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
