Key Responsibilities:

• Exercise due diligence on individual personal loan and approve credit applications within delegated authority by taking into consideration in relating to credit risk legal risk and market risk.
• Make contribution to formulate credit strategies/policies to assist business growth and maximize profitability.
• Participate in scorecard system development on retail consumer loan with related policies and guidelines.
• Perform UAT testing on the system and assist in fine-tuning the system performance in accordance to existing credit criteria
• Implement credit policy changes which may relate to pricing, underwriting criteria, new product, etc with IT and other operation units.
• Drive / participate in system enhancements, regular / ad hoc reporting and special projects from the credit risk management angle.
• To guide the credit administrative team perform their duties accurately and diligently and to keep on enhancing their standard.
• Manage loan portfolio proactively to reduce delinquency and bad debt by taking proactive remedial actions at early stage

Requirements:

1. University degree holder or above in Business Administration/Finance/Risk Management/Statistics or other related disciplines
2. At least 5 years banking/finance experience in consumer loan and Risk Management
3. Experience in handling/set up online platform is preferable
4. Strong communication, negotiation and management skills
5. Proficient in written English and Chinese
