Job Duties:

• Provide all round administrative support to the office
• Perform general receptionist duties, such as handling incoming calls, escorting visitors, managing incoming mails / parcels, etc.
• Handle daily accounting duties including voucher, cheque preparation and invoicing, bank reconciliation
• Data entry for accounting aspects
• To perform outdoor duties and ad-hoc assignments if required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, with basic accounting knowledge, 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good telephone manner and communication skills, fluent in both English and Cantonese
• Flexible, pleasant, enjoy team work and be able to manage multi-tasks
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
