The Role

As a Talent Attraction Specialist at Cielo you will own the end to end vacancy management, across diverse range of roles. You will be an expert and trusted advisor, accountable for the design, delivery of the end to end recruitment process for live vacancies to ensure hiring needs are met within KPIs and the full satisfaction of all stakeholders.

• Previous agency, in-house/RPO recruitment experience
• Exposure to recruitment in Mainland China is essential

• Strong ability to directly source (Boolean, Head Hunting ) active / passive candidate markets

• Ability to build talent pools, market map of passive candidates for business critical roles

• Excellent attention to detail

• Fantastic relationship building skills

• You will be self motivated, organised and have a desire to bring the best possible talent into our client’s business

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
