Our Client is a Sizable Multinational Company with Headquarter in Europe. They are now welcoming high caliber candidates onboard their Human Resources team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities 

• Manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment; compensation and benefits, learning and development;
• Liaise with line managers on hiring needs, identify and shortlist potential candidates for interviews
• Prepare offer and employment contract, assist in orienttion and exit interview
• Prepare reports and analysis for management review
• Handle new Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, well organized and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to handle multitasks independently and efficiently
• Highly proficient in using MS Office application and HRIS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferable
