Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement activities, including process purchase requests and goods receiving
• To obtain quotation and material costing comparison
• To keep adequate up-to- date files for purchasing records
• To establish and maintain a proper filing system
• To assist general administration duties and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above
• 1 year related experience in Hospitality or Catering industry is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC operation
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
