Our client is an international corporation in hospitality, entertainment, and retail business. With the expansion in Hong Kong business, they are now looking for a high caliber individual to join their team as the new opening of Accounting Manager / Financial Controller.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director and senior management, your responsibilities include:

• Oversee the overall financial and accounting operations of the company
• Develop and implement the business strategies and financial plans of the Corporation
• Implementation and enhancement of internal control in compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations
• Maintain good relationship with bankers for financing the Group's new business & Investment projects
• Manage and arrange Board/Committee meetings;
• Performing ad-hoc assignments as per required
• Occasional traveling is required

Requirements

• CPA with Degree holder of Accounting or related disciplines, with BIG 4 training is an advantage
• Min 8 years solid experience in managerial role and preferably with Listed Company experience
• Familiar with HK GAAP and US GAAP as well as knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system
• Mature, articulate and pragmatic with strong business acumen
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making ability and management experience
• Good command of English and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Manager
