Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO to handle financial reporting and analysis, statutory audit, budget and cost control, cash flow management, taxation, and internal audit
• Provide administrative support to the finance team in Hong Kong corporate office
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder, major in accounting, (ACCA/HKICPA) 
• 5 – 8 years of relevant working experience in sizeable organization, listed company or audit firm
• Knowledge and working experience in internet & P2P business,  securities business, properties development or construction advantage
• Good knowledge and experience in accounting standards and tax regulations in Hong Kong and PRC
• Hands on experience in dealing with projects in mainland China is preferable
• Good analytical mind and problem solving skills, with good interpersonal and communications skills, able to work independently
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in spoken Putonghua
• Occasional travel to mainland China
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
