Job details:

• To lead the business planning and forecasting with appropriate financial modelling, analysis and commentary

Job responsibilities include:

• Regional role reports to Lead Finance of Greater China and North Asia, serve as central point for financials of the North Asian team
• Drives and executives financial & compliance initiatives among the Finance and Sales & Marketing team
• Provides reporting and analysis for Sales and Marketing activities including, sales, spending etc.
• Identify management risk and opportunities
• Lead monthly review package, forecasting and annual budget,
• Performs some general accounting duties
• Involves ad hoc analysis and special projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Financial Reporting & Analysis with preference in manufacturing / automotive related industry
• Standard costing knowledge / experience
• Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion preferred
• Hands-on regional experiences is needed
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to be an individual contributor and be a good teammate

Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in spreadsheet modeling
• Ability to extract, organize, analyze, and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management
• Ability to achieve results in fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload; effective multitasking skills needed
