Job Description:

 Your responsibilities as an Assistant Accountant will include:  

• Handling full set of accounts, preparing cheque and TT payments
• Day-to-day accounting duties including vouchers preparation, journals input, daily payments and receipts, etc
• Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
• Handling month end closing, management reports & monthly inter-company reconciliation
• Assisting the internal audit and external audit
• Handling administrative works
• Other ad hoc assignment as required

The Successful Applicant:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• At least 3 years relevant accounting experience in trading industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to meet deadline and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Excel & Word)
• Knowledge of SAP would be a definite asset
• Immediate available is highly preferred
