Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform registration process for CTC customers
- Handle inbound calls for CTC booking and enquiries
- Provide information of CTC available schedule to customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions from customers at CTC/service counter
- Record payment transactions and prepare daily reports (CTC & service department)
- Handle enquiries from customers in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner
- Serve customers/guests with food and beverage at reception area / customer lounge
- Perform administrative works & clerical duties
- Support other ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- F.5 or above
- 2 years’ relevant experience in retail cashier
- Customer-oriented, attention to details with good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in PC applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Immediately available is highly preferred
