Responsibilities:

l Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and monthly management reports;

l Supervise and provide guidance to both HK & PRC subordinates on daily operations and to help the team in solving work related issues;

l Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters;

l Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

l  Bachelor degree / higher diploma in Accountancy or equivalent;

l  8 years working experience in accounting with at least 3 years’ experience in managerial role, preferably with experience in manufacturing industry;

l  Preferably with knowledge of PRC accounting standards and taxation;

l  Good knowledge of computerized accounting system;

l  Good command of spoken and written of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

l  Frequent travel or station 2-3 days a week in Shenzhen is required;

l  Immediate available is a must.
