Responsibilities:

• Handle all daily accounting operations for companies, including data inputs, prepare payments;
• Ensures data input in a timely and accurate manner;
• Assist in month-end closing, preparing monthly management reports & analysis
• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, procedures and internal controls;
• Liaise with colleagues in Thailand for all payment handling & accounting related documents handling;
• Correspond with customers/banks and others relating to Account & Finance matters;
• Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience;
• Good command of both written & spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint), Internet and e-mail;
• Excellent attention to detail and quick learning;
• Knowledge of Accounting Software;
• Immediate available is preferable.
