Job Description

•           Implement cost control policies & procedures, ensure the internal control systems comply with Group policies
•           Overseeing the daily accounting operation of the company in full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company as well as tax planning, budgeting, cash flow, capital investment, analyze and evaluate business performance
•           Present financial analysis to support business plans and justify commercial decisions, provide recommendations to optimize the quality of revenue, cost and profit
•           Prepare and review monthly financial reports and consolidated management reports, prepare annual budget and monthly forecast
•           Liaise with bankers, external auditors, legal advisers and tax representatives to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
•           Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reports as required

Job Requirements

•           At least 8 years' working experience with tertiary education in relevant disciplines (accounting, finance and business)
•           Solid exposure in property industry would be an advantage
•           Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
•           Good leadership, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
•           Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
•           Familiar with accounting policies for HKFRS and Hong Kong taxation system
