Responsibilities:

• Assist Financial Controller or Finance Manager to prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast
• To prepare monthly financial statement, PRC monthly financial statement and analysis reports.
• Handle, operate and coordinate with parent company in PRC SAP system.
• To review and supervise the work of Senior Accounts clerk/Accounts clerk.
• To handle statutory accounts and tax compliance.
• Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting/Finance or above
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in both of HK and PRC financial management area, business operation and communication.
• PRC background or experience in PRC corporation would be preferred
• Proficient in written English and Chinese; have experience and ability in administration
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MYOB, familiar with SAP is a an advantage
• Responsible, sense of teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills, have long-term development expectation
• Immediately available is an advantage
