Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCC Inter Certificate;
• 2 years or above accounting experience
• Experience in handling accounting software, Excel, Chinese Word Processing (Peachtree system is advantageous)
• Work under pressure
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Mature and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger;
• Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations with customers and suppliers
• Assist month-end closing including bank reconciliation
• Data entries, full set handle of small companies, filing and documentation
• Handle accounts receivable transactions and related queries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Perform adhoc projects and follow up
